Celeste Beauty Academy Board meetings are open to the public . Board meetings are held either in-person or on Zoom as indicated below. For Zoom access information, please email president@celestebeautyacademy.com.
Public Comment
Addressing the Board
The Board welcomes public comment during open board meetings. Public comment is generally offered at regular meetings and is not available at emergency or special meetings.
Sign up in advance
Email president@celestebeautyacademy.com more than 24 hours before the meeting with your name, organization, and the topic you wish to discuss. Spots are assigned first come, first served.
Time limits
Up to 15 minutes total per regular meeting, with 3 minutes per speaker, on either agenda or non-agenda items.
Conduct
Speakers are expected to be professional and courteous. Speakers may not address individual students, teachers, staff, or board members, or engage in personal attacks. The Board generally does not respond to public comments.
Extended presentations
To request additional time for a presentation, email the address above with the time needed and the topic. Requests are approved or denied at the discretion of the Board Chair.
